We offer free shipping for orders over 50GBP however, please be aware this offer only applies to orders within the UK.

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the update on your package. Your order will take between 3-5 business days.

Standard shipping (includes tracking) is £5.50 for UK orders.

Europe shipping is based on weight and is between £15 - £25

The rest of the world is based on weight and is between £15 - £35

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges and you'll have to submit a returns request then once confirmed you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customers are responsible for the returns shipping fee and we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders. 

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 7 to 10 business days.

From Genesis, is originally based in England UK, therefore international orders may result in additional charges.

So please be aware there may be additional fees charged by your country’s customs office.

International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. 

Please be aware your order can take up 5 business days or 1 week to arrive. You’ll receive tracking number and regular updates of your order. So you do not need to contact us.
